Binding Estimate Estimates are provided based on the information you provide.Final charges may vary based on the actual services rendered.The price cannot change unless the customer requests additional services or additional services are set on by Linecare. An estimate based on the moving company’s assessment but not a guarantee of the final price.
Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance for a full refund of any deposit.Cancellations made less than 6 days before the scheduled move may incur a fee. 6 days before 20% 5 days before 30% 4days before 40% 3 days before 50% 2 days before 60% 1 day before 70% same day 90%
Liability and Insurance We are insured for damage to our equipment and vehicles.Customers are encouraged to obtain additional insurance for valuable items.We are not liable for damages to items not packed by our team.
Customer Responsibilities Ensure all items are ready for transport on the scheduled day. Notify us of any special handling requirements.Provide access to the pick-up and drop-off locations.
Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through mediation before pursuing legal action.
